Based on the above provisions, in case the Company terminates the validity of the tax code due to the revocation of the Business Registration Certificate, the Company shall submit a request to terminate the validity of the tax code (Form No. 24/DK-TCT) to the tax authority and carry out procedures regarding taxes, fees and other payable amounts as prescribed.
